Try Raqvio Agent Guardrails Pro free for 14 days. If you buy and it isn’t right for you, you have 14 days to get your money back — no questions asked.

Try it first, for free

Raqvio Agent Guardrails Pro comes with a 14-day free trial. You don’t need to enter payment details, and nothing is charged when the trial ends. If you don’t buy, the trial simply expires and your site goes back to the free version of Raqvio Agent Guardrails.

If Raqvio Agent Guardrails Pro isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund it in full. You don’t need to give a reason. This applies whether or not you used the free trial first.

Renewals

Pro licences renew automatically every year. You can cancel at any time before your renewal date and you won’t be charged again. If you’re charged for a renewal you didn’t want, ask within 14 days of the charge and we’ll refund it.

After 14 days

Payments older than 14 days aren’t refundable. You can still cancel to stop future renewals, and Pro keeps working until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

What happens after a refund

Your Pro licence is deactivated and your site goes back to the free version of Raqvio Agent Guardrails. Your agents, permissions and audit log stay in place; Pro-only features such as policy rules, approvals and rollback stop working. You can upgrade again at any time.

How to ask for a refund

Email guardrails.support@raqvio.com from the address you used to buy, or include it in your message. Refunds go back to your original payment method. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer.

Who processes your payment

Orders are handled by Freemius, our reseller and Merchant of Record, so the charge appears on your statement from Freemius. If you live somewhere with additional consumer rights, those rights still apply.
