Snapshots & rollback

With Pro, Raqvio Agent Guardrails takes a snapshot before an agent changes supported objects, so you can undo the change from the audit log.

Agent action Rolled back
Product update (woocommerce/product-update, WooCommerce MCP products-update) Only the fields the agent changed, for example: name, slug, status, featured, catalog visibility, descriptions, SKU, GTIN, prices and sale dates, tax, stock and backorders, dimensions, categories, tags, main and gallery images, attributes, meta and image alt text. Stock is restored as a difference, so sales made since then are kept. Meta the agent added is removed.
Product delete (woocommerce/product-delete, products-delete) Trashed products are restored. Permanently deleted products can’t be.
Order status change (woocommerce/order-update-status, orders-update) Status only. A note is added: “Status restored by Raqvio Agent Guardrails rollback. Refunds and payments are not reversed.”
Coupons, posts, pages (abilities with those words in their name and an id) Their fields and meta
Terms, categories, tags (same naming) Name, slug, description and parent. Later edits to a term aren’t detected as conflicts.

Never rolled back: refunds and payments (they are final), permanently deleted items, and product creation.

Snapshots are kept as long as audit entries (see retention in Settings).

In Agent Guardrails → Audit Log, open an entry’s Details. The Rollback section has Roll back this change. It shows “This change has already been rolled back.” when that’s the case, and “Not reversible: refunds and payments cannot be rolled back.” for those.

Bulk rollback in the Audit Log header opens “Undo everything an agent did”: choose the Agent (or “Unknown agents”), From and To, then Roll back. Each object goes back to its state before the agent’s first change in that range. Only successful changes that haven’t been rolled back are included.

If someone changed the object after the agent did, Raqvio Agent Guardrails stops: “Some objects changed after the agent’s write. Rolling back will overwrite those later changes. Confirm to continue.” Click Overwrite and roll back to proceed anyway.

Every rollback is recorded in the audit log with what was restored, errors and conflicts.
